That would most definitely be Microsoft since the $50 million was a loan (as in they get it back) for which they receive two exclusive GTAIV epidodes, hereby not only ensuring the 360 version of the game is the superior one but also having the Xbox brand attached to the most popular gaming franchise and stripping its main competitor of its most important 3rd party exclusive.

noone really knows if that's true or not. There are a lot of contradicting articles
