Today I traded three of my PS3 games along with $24 for eight PS2 RPGs.
The games I traded are:
- LittleBig Planet - I enjoyed it, but grew tired of it relatively quickly. Trade value - $37
- Resistance 2 - A shooter without splitscreen is a game I'd rather be without. Trade value - $37
- NHL 09 - Great game, but I may as well have traded it while it still had some worth. Trade value - $37
The games I received:
- Star Ocean: Till the End of Time - Haven't played before. Just finished SO1 and starting SO2 for PSP.
- Tales of Legendia - Was kind of iffy about this one. Loved Vesperia, but disliked Eternia, Mythology and thought Symphonia was average.
- Dragon Quest VIII - Regretted selling this one. Glad to have it again.
- Dark Cloud 2 - Loved it. One of my favourite PS2 games. Can't wait to play through again.
- Final Fantasy XII - Only played through the game once; the least amount of times I've played any FF (excluding II, III and XI)
- Tales of the Abyss - I hear many good things about this. Very much looking forward to it, but I keep seeveral reservations.
- Disgaea: Hour of Darkness - A classic. My favourite sRPG. Wonderfull game with countless hours of gameplay.
- Persona 3 FES - I have never played Persona. I loved Nocturne, so I'm confident this will be great as well.
- All of which are their original versions. No greatest hits.
So, what do you think? Good deal? Bad deal? What should I start with? Are there any other games I should have looked for?
Really feeling the lack of RPG's this gen and am looking more suggestions.
