How Do I Start My Own Political Party?

Well, I'd much rather vote for Labour, but they're not around any more.

After NL, it'd be Lib Dems, then Greens, then Respect (check out that party, they've definitely not got a wet-blanket leader, they just aren't running in my constituency).
