America is 360, mainland Europe is PS3, and UK is somewhere in between.
As for the game - the issue has been discussed countless times on here and it's been shown that it's perfectly reasonable to expect a 9-10 million seller from GT5.
As for the weekly boost, it all depends on the release date & whether it coincides with price cuts/holiday season.
