I think GT5 will be the PS3's biggest system seller. You can't deny that it is by far Sony's best selling franchise, with over 50 million games sold if I'm correct. The thing is, it may not have as much hype, but hype doesn't necessarily translate into sales. Look at COD: WAW. It had some hype to it, but nowhere near as much as Gears of War 2. Yet, it still outsold it on the 360 as well as selling very well on the PS3. And look at KZ2. It is actually quite the success story because most franchises that start off with only decent numbers like KZ did don't post the numbers that KZ2. The thing is, frachises sell. And I expect GT5 to sell atleast 8 million just because it has a huge fanbase and odds are quite a bit of that fanbase still hasn't purchased a PS3. Hype can only go so far, I still think in the videogame industry its the franchises that have the most guarenteed success even if there isn't alot of internet buzz around them
