Yeah agreed these are the gold standard in chipsets. Plus the Linux routers have some really nifty features unique to to broadcom chips.

 

Well... I just said that because I work for them. I don't know anything about the TI chipsets to be honest.

Lol well they do make the best chipsets that I know of. I've heard some good things about the TI ones but they simply don't seem as battle tested. All the high end seem to pretty much use BC chips.
