The problem with comparing games of different genres is that it's inherently unfair. It's much easier to make awesome graphics in a fighting game than a FPS (especially one with an open world). Then there's those games like God of War which do have great graphics for the PS2, but do so partly through tricks like a fixed camera.
Nevertheless, it's an entertaining list.
