I know enough about the world to know it barely serves any purpose at all. If the only real purpose is to be able to take control over the control if chaos happens then that probably only implies England. I am pretty sure they didn't even exert this power even during WW2 when England was on the brink of starvation. You can thank my past generations for saving your asses.
