I was just pointing out how your second "argument" compounded the silliness of your first.
So... do you actually play any games, or just base their worth on relative technical merits and aggregate review scores while ignoring the capabilities of their platforms and whether or not they are actually any fun?

Not really. I never said every console game was better than every handheld game and no one would ever make that point. Did you serious think I meant that by saying "console gaming > handheld gaming"? Really, you think?
Look, I'm impressed with what developers can do pushing the limits of any hardware. Far more titles impress me on consoles than handhelds. You can push the limits much further and every direction. Since when have handhelds been the pinnacle of gaming? LOL

My point was that you find it hard to believe that anyone could perceive Chinatown Wars as being superior to GTAIV and chose to support that argument based on resolution (or perhaps screen size), sound quality, physics and animation, all of which are qualities that have no real bearing on what may or may not make it a better game.

I enjoyed the gameplay, characters and story. GTA IV might be almost a year old, but what Rockstar achieved in that version impresses me to no end. If Rockstar stopped making console versions of GTA and only made DS versions, I would be pretty angry. For some people, sound quality, physics and animation adds to the immersion of the GTA experience.
