To expand on that, its similar to the effect of many games that have come out this generation, excessive praise will be sung to it in its first few months than in six months time people will fast forget about it. I don't know if its the games or this generation, but game titles have no staying power in the hearts of gamers these days. MGS4 and GTA4 are perfect examples.
