Further KH Compilation Confirmation- New Kingdom Hearts on PSP

What does that image say? I thought PSP would be in widescreen which those screenshots are not.

Also why is the next real KH game probably coming to the PS3? 1UP has assumed so but nobody has evidence that it is so.
