Well if it gets to the point that the drinking aspect of your social life begins to enter and effect your work/study life continuously then you should pick up some pamphlets from the nhs and make a consultation.
I wouldn't say your an alcoholic, but if you can sense that it could evolve into something worse then you should definitely try to keep an eye on it.
