1.) Add Trophy Support for Mini Games (Winning 10 games of Pool, 10 games of Bowling, etc) this will bring in a whole host of people if for no other reason than the trophies.
2.) Add MANY more Home Spaces and work on making Home Spaces far more interactive and more like an actual 'game within a game'. Red Bull is a start, but it needs to be even more than Red Bull. To get people who don't care about being social and walking around making more actual 'game' areas would certainly do the trick. Resident Evil space should have a zombie room with additional things.
3.) Add a lot more purchasable content. Add several different apartment venues (Winter home, Beach house, etc) WAY more clothing designs (Get brand name companies involved more Hot Topic, American Eagle whatever.) Much of the same with furniture (Bring in Ikea and all these other companies).
4.) Either start showing full length movies or special trailers and not just the same trailer looping endlessly in the theatres. Actually, an even better Home idea being that Sony is a huge company with music as well. They should just stream different full length music videos inside the theatre kind of like MTV or VH1.
5.) Re-enable public voice chat. Kind of ruins some of the 'cool' factor that Home has by not having public voice chat.
