Katamari Damacy is a recent example of alow budget game that was great. GTA is an older one. Low budget games can give great experiences, and sometimes those experience become greater once more money is put into them.
Also, $10 mil is pretty darn cheap for a 360 game, especially of that quality.
You do not have the right to never be offended.
