Look, you go down this path and you're just setting yourself up for failure.  He graduated Harvard magna cum laude and was president of the law review by his second year there (sez Wikipedia).  This is not indicative of a man who is anything other than extremely bright. 

 

I have worked closely with several Harvard grads. It means very little.
