When you slip an open bottle in a 'gina or other orifice you should be good. When the pussy tightens the vag basicly becomes a vacuum pump. You know the fun you had as a kid (or drunken adult) where you would suck on a bottle and your tongue would get stuck? Now imagine that with part of the vagina.
You could wiggle your tongue lose but, as you can really wiggle the inside of your vag, there is no way to get it lose untill the women gets less excited (which should happen quickly when you can't walk around without a bottle swinging between your legs.)
