I'd like to see new characters or something. Mainly most of the plot stuff that littered MGS4 should be thrown out and something new brought in. That could perhaps bring new people to the series without throwing them for a loop.
As far as gameplay, I want to see more of what MGS4 did in acts 1 and 2. Larger areas where there's a lot of stuff happening and numerous ways to traverse through it.
