Regarding downloading and deleting, for some reason I've got a figure of 3 downloads in my head. In that you can download it 3 times after you've paid for it. I don't know if that's true, can anyone confirm it.
Regarding hard drive size, I've got a 20GB and it's too small. I've got the GTAIV DLC which means I can now only ever have 1 game installed at a time (game installs are generally around 6.5GB and the 20GB drive only gives you just over 13GB usable space). So get the 60GB is my advice.
