A lot of these people who are into younger women are oftentimes people who have been the victim of abuse themselves, or have been sexually trapped by the desires they had in their youth because of some traumatic event.
Obviously this man is in the wrong.
But so is the young lady who "performed" for him. Oftentimes, juveniles will do such acts for compensation because it is a very large racket around the world and it is very easy for young women to get into.
This is not about "friend codes", because these kinds of things happen on the internet all the time. It's up to the parents to enable filtering. You should not be happy that you are restricted access from the get go with "friend codes".
