EA jumps ship with Lord of the Rings IP. Returns back to Warner?

Well hasn't the popularity of the LotR franchise kind of...fallen?

I mean,the last movie came out in 2003. Did EA really expect a game to sell on the name alone?

Anyway,I feel Warner could do better with the license.
