Yes he's a pervert, but the girl... for fuck's sake people, you need to teach stuff to your goddamn kids!
Seriously if I ever accidentaly have a kid (knock on wood), this is the first stuff that I'll teach them! Even before you teach about sex, you teach that the world has bad people in it and you should be on the fucking look out! Better to create a paranoid kid, than a superbly stupid like that one.
