"Best" console is not exactly the way i would put it. Is it theoretically the most powerful console, yes. But that only does not make it the best. They really need to increase the quality of the experience, both for gamers and developers, to make it the "best" console, if you know what i mean. PS2 was the best console last generation, but it certainly was not the most powerful one either.
