I always thought that if you got caught doing stuff like this, stuff you had made...oh..say, 10 billion dollars from, then you forfeit that 10 billion dollars. I mean, a congressman embezzles like 300 million dollars, and they do what? Put him in jail for a year and fine him 10 million? What kind of crap is that? You don't rob a bank for 10 grand, spend the night in jail, get fined 100 dollars the next day when you get out, and keep the rest of the money.
