The article makes some good points. Sony need to integrate the PSN more. I don't mean scrapping the XMB, just adding a separate "PSN menu". Select it, you can view the store, change your account, send messages, view a trophy leaderboard, etc.

That's the point. It's strewn all over the place, and is just a small section of the XMB, so it doesn't feel streamlined.

Actually I think it's awesomely well integrated. Only thing psn really needs is a sort of I'M client that can run in the background while playing games..
Friends list and psn stuff only takes up 2 spots on the xmb and right next to eachother. I can't honestly see the issue. If they were put into 1 it would be a lot more annoying.
