I still have to take the plunge and install Linux on my PS3. But it will be a nice weekend project, thanks for the tips.
It will be nice to play Speedball 2, Kick Off 2 and FFVI from my couch, and it will be an infinitely less clumsy setup than on the PC for the multiplayer games.
