The ps3 is not failing. It is very rare that consoles fail on the market. I can only remember 1! The SEGA Dreamcast. That sold 10, the ps3 has sold double and is still selling. Don'y forget that the PS3 is at the same point the 360 was in its first 3 years despite launching 1 year after in USA and Japan and 1 year 5 months later in EU.
