I thought it meant in terms of the game being an amazing JRPG. A nice fat portion of people who played FF7 call it the best game ever made or the best RPG ever made at least....you don't really see this with the pokemon games. I think critical reception and a cult following (case could be made for pokemon) play in as a factor too. If we are talking in terms of sheer sales than pokemon games sell more based on the TV show than actually being amazing games imo. They def. do stomp all over other RPG(s) sales though. |
so once again is this based on saled or recognition?
or some unmeasurable third quality like "deepness" or "how many people say its the best game ever"?
