What are you talking about. The game is GREAT! Best 2008 game for me. I give it 9.5/10. Dead Space is the best science-fiction horror third person shooter game I ever played and is scary as hell. This is a game you really need to play on a big high-def TV with a good, bass-heavy sound system in a dark room late at night. It just gets better and better from level to level.
Dead Space is a game for shooter fans! Not for Resident Evil fans. It is more third person shooter then survival horror game - just opposite of RE4. I like it more then Resident Evil 4, cos I don't care about story. I care about gameplay and I'm more shooter fan then survival horror fan. IMO Dead Space offers much better gameplay as a shooter then RE4. BTW for a shooter Dead Space had excellent story.
