I live in Venezuela so games are too expensive. Wii games go for around 400 thousand Bolivares up to 550. PS3 games get as high as 650 thousand. That's about $180 for Wii games and over $200 for PS3 games.

 

Now, I heard Sony was starting to get a bit more serious with Latin America, so i expected games to drop. Wasn't the case, atleast not so far.

 

Anyways, I wanted to know if anyone else is having a similar problem. Anyone else live where you simply can't afford games? Or simply consider the 50-60 dollar price tag too high to begin with.

My advice to you would be to set up an US PSN account.  Then, buy games via PSN.  Problem solved except for retail games (with rare exceptions like Burnout Paradise, Warhawk, SOCOM, etc.).
