Wait for the oil market to bounce back, then the Venezuelan currency should recover. It'll at least work for Russia, and i can imagine the Venezuelan economy being just as dependent
Though in the meantime, i would recommend The Homebrew Channel for the Wii. It includes software to make the system region-free, and no mod-chips required, just a copy of The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess, and an SD Card.
