God, sometimes I hate people. What the hell is wrong about that ad? "kids who come from different blah blah blah..."

I wonder whether by looking at a HELGHAN ALIEN head those kids actually thought of some violent backgrounds of theirs.

Dude, I work at a daycare part-time and children would be freaked out of their minds from something that looks like that. There's too much crap in this world (violence), and people get offended from something that they do not want their children to see. In this case something that could give a child nightmares. Parents wouldn't know what the hell those ads were for. Probably some 'sci-fi nerd stuff' that shouldn't be posted where children congregate around.

Hell, one parent got offended when I was talking to children about Pokemon. The parent said (it was the mother), "Pokemon isn't allowed in our household." Sure, some parents need to get their head out of their ass when Pokemon is known for being appropriate for all ages. It's the parents fault for not understanding stuff, but parents do know what's best, and some parents would agree with me that stuff such as those "OHMEHGAWDZ ITSS HEELGAHNER AYLEEINS!!666P!E!N!I!S!" pictures aren't appropriate for children to see. Including over-advertising, such as what they did in that Toronto area, Sony shouldn't post stuff in mass amounts that is for a MATURE game in areas where children are at.

Make fun of me all you want, but I find your post to be the spitting image of someone who is blinded by fanboyism and doesn't know anything about advertising. Advertising has to be appeal to everyone so it doesn't offend to anyone. You could say it doesn't offend you because you're mature enough to understand and accept what the game is and what it's about, but parents wouldn't know what it is and would want to shelter their children from violent or frightening images. Please, take a college course in art or business.
