nope....pc players can't get achievement...and it's not linked to Live...if anything it's linked to Steam.......

btw...how the hell does Live have 11 million on CoD when they only sold 7...rofll...maybe they meant 11 million in total...and 4 of the 11 million on PSN...rofl...
