Can the 360 and PS3 surpass 40 and 30 million units, before Jan 1st 2010?

PS3 will 100% pass 30M with a price cut, and actually might still do it without one..especially if GT5 is released. I can see the Xbox 360 reaching 37-38M tops by January 1st
