Yes but Japanese games have an appeal for American and European consumers too. If the 360 can't branch out beyond from its current genre-stronghold, they'll never be able to compete with more diverse consoles like the Wii and to a much lesser extent, the PS3. Japan may be a losing battle, but its games definitly have value beyond its borders.
