yes it is. For some reason the rest of my comment didnt go through. I wanted to add that while patents are a good thing, some times they go too far. Its either exactly the same or its not. If its not the same as what was intended and in the patent then it shouldnt count. For instance the rumble feature in controllers. M$, Sony and Nintendo all used different types. They all rumbled, but I doubt they were exactly the same as the original patent.
