What?  Not it hasn't.  It's not even close.... what are you talking about.

PS3 is way behind PS2 even when you ignore the fact that the PS2 was much more staggered when it came to launches.

 

 SO WHAT??? Just because its not selling as good as the PS2 doesn't mean is failing. GameCube couldn't outsell N64,  N64, couldn't outsell SNES, SNES couldn't outsell the NES. But i don't see anybody saying these Nintendo consoles are failure. You don't expect every next Sony console to outsell the last one do you? PS3 is about to outsell all last gen consoles besides PS2,which is best selling console in the world

 

Wait. Take of your -$ony glasses. Gamecube had the highest software ratio and was profitable. N64 was second, profitable and had great games. Plus none are doing as bad as the PS2.

PS3 is the most expensive, has the least number of games, losses tons of money, last in sales and considering it was coming after the PS2 the most successful console in history. Its an epic fail
