Teaser Sites - Do they work?

I just checked out the BIOSHOCK 2 teaser site and it did nothing to hype me up for the game, but maybe that is what they wanted to do which was to show me that there is a game coming out and also there will be more information closer to the release of the game. What do you guys think?
