Microsoft didnt even care if it got first place , it just wanted Sony out ! you can say it cockblocked every single advantage Sony once had .Dont get me wrong Microsoft hurt itself just as much but the difference is they can recover , not so sure about Sony.

Ya this time its Microsoft being awesome and making a better price/performance console for the masses. They have more than recovered, they have prospered really. Several consecutive quarters of profit mean the Xbox 360 may even post a NET profit after all that mucking about. I would call it cock blocking with benifits.
