1) No doubt about that. Capcom has enough knowledge and experience about all platforms to go multiplat. Ignoring the Japanese userbase as a Japanese studio doesn't make sense.
2) That's their mistake then, look at Biohazard / Resident Evil 5
3) True, unless the game turns out to be A-level, or they are able to improve it to A-level. Guess we have to wait how this one turns out.
