LOL, that's not proof of anything but my first request.
I'm requesting:
Proof of guilt.
Proof of continuing danger.
Proof that his imprisonment is more important than the constitution or human rights in general.
And you're right to ask me to research it. I probably would argue YOUR POINT better than you. Just because I could, doesn't mean it's right though.
The burden of proof is on the accuser under the U.S. legal system... What do you want the U.S. to turn into, France?
I would cite regulation, but I know you will simply ignore it.
