Define meaning.
If you are asking me if I think there is some "greater purpose" for us to be here, the answer is no.
However, the reason all things are alive, is because each species has a genetic desire to survive. Not all living things did, but the ones that didn't aren't hear anymore ;)
So my genetic makeup drives me to do lots of things. I want to live life to the fullest, and do as much as I can before I die. Life has meaning because I give it meaning, I am driven to create meaning. What that meaning is, is different for each of us.
