I would say yes. Anyone who has an ipod touch or iphone and has taken a good look at the app store knows there are some REALLY solid games there. Seriously, there's a full version of Sim City 3000 that is fully functional and great, a game that looks and plays a lot like the PSP God of War called hero of sparta and more. It's not like those games on the Razr that are 10 dollars and horrid, the iphone games are genuinely good.
People do not buy ipod touches and iphones just for games, but they are definitely worth using if you already have one. It's easily replaced the PSP for long car rides (nice to only have one device to worry about).
