How is owning a copied game, you didnt pay for, not stealing?   You own something you dont have the rights to, that equals stealing.

 

I bet  you more than likely torrent download music CDs or a DVD. Well do not act so hypocritical. People who physically steal a video game from the store are more than likely going to get caught due to CCTV and those detectors. Software pirates who download over the internet have no chance of getting caught. Noone really cares if you download some software. You would only get caught if you sold pirated  games or software in a huge commercial enterprise.
