I thought Clap Hanz was first party too, but some source say it isn't.

And I listed Quantic Dream as unknown cause its their first exclusive sony published game

Clap Hanz are owned by Sony. Some people just get confused about what Second Party means and list studios like Naughty Dog and Rare as Second Party.

There are two types of Second Party studios, and I would argue that one group isn't really Second Party:

Studios who's IPs are owned by Sony/Microsoft/Nintendo (like Insomniac - Sony owns all of their (current) IPs, and if they want to keep working on these IPs, they'll have to be on PlayStation platforms)
Studios which own their own IPs (Microsoft published Vampire Rain, for example, but it later went multiplat. Then there's the whole issue with Mass Effect.)
