Spoken from someone who has NO fucking clue what connections revolve around a 2600.
T, I'd check your RF connector. Those things go out like crazy. On top of that, you're doing like a triple switch on that crap so there are a myriad of problems that could arise.
Honestly, I'd search out an old school gaming site and troubleshoot there. I have a 2600 but I haven't bothered to hook it up in almost 10 years. I think the main detractor is the frightening connectors that would allow me to hook it up to my 45" 1080p LCD.
