Exactly. Some day, people will look at Einstein and Hawking the same way we do Newton today. A simplistic theory, based on results, that is ultimately "not flawed", but not complete either.
In short, science is flawed. In long, it's right. If we skated around on the viewpoint that science can't prove anything, we'd still call Venus a "wandering star".
