The music was almost non existant in ff 12, and the story just sucked. Period (my opinion!). What happened when they lost those two geniuses Yeah. There is one issue though: it may turn out that Sakaguchi and the other Square developers are co-dependant. This means that both Sakaguchi and Square may not make another good plot again... this happens quite often as well. Hopefully that's not the case, and both Sakaguchi and Square recover, but Blue Dragon was hit pretty hard for it's plot... We don't have to worry about Uematsu though. That man is amazing no matter what he does. He made the SSBB theme song, which is pure awesome. http://youtube.com/watch?v=tKpdLvuna80 He certainly hasn't lost his incredible talent. |
true, but weve mentioned this in other threads, sakaguchi didnt put much effort into blue dragon, mostly LO. I dont think we can judge him till LO if its great, then he can do it, if not well.....
Ya uematsu has lost nothing, we at least know LO will sound fantastic
With regard to Call of Duty 4 having an ultra short single player campaign, I guess it may well have been due to the size limitations of DVD on the XBox 360, one of various limitations multi-platform game designers will have to take into consideration-Mike B

Game trailers-Halo 3 only dissapointed the people who wanted to be dissapointed.
Bet with Harvey Birdman that Lost Odyssey will sell more then Blue dragon did.
