I'm gonna have to agree with the OP here as PC games always have a problem with lag and stutter. PC enthusiats say somthing like "my graphics card alone is like 4 time more powerful then your PS3". Well guess whut it doesn't look it.
Insert techno jargon: "obviously your simple mind cannot comprehend that the PC is running the game with a maxo blasto tri mega fart blast effects that nobody notices; on Maximum. The power of the GFrag supertron nerdpwnzer 5000 has enough power to connect the main photon thrusters beyond the far reaches of space into the future where captian kirk then takes the information and beams it down to Spock in the holodeck where it is then transferred to a subfolder to be extracted to the screen at a solid 13 frames per second! And if you smuggle yourself into the future you can pick one up for only $752!!! Now get out of my sight noob!"
