I don't see the problem with it? Maybe you think it's a little 'drastic', but after reading the whole thing..maybe it needs to be?
I also think that in order to give a game a rating, the game MUST BE PLAYED. You cannot look at a video of a game and tell me this person can or can't play this game. I don't agree with that even a little bit.
Also, as he said, the ESRB knows who is doing it, they have parameters in line to 'punish' people, and they don't. I don't think things should have to go this far..but you can't blame Mr. Thompson - things shouldn't have had to go this far.
also, love the reference to GTA without him actually saying GTA=P
