20 minutes with Killzone 2 and already two game stopping bugs?

I had one issue when I skipped a cutscene and the level loaded but the screen was just black. I restarted the level and everything was fine after that. As far as buddies getting in the way in KZ2 you can hit them with the rifle and I'm pretty sure you can kill them and then revive them lol.
